Excellent location close to the Koenigsallee, very friendly and attentive staff. I stayed in an upgraded renovated room - appreciated the choice of bed time pillows. Great restaurant with contemporary European - German cuisine, also focus on locally sourced ingredients.

Brilliant breakfast and clean hotel

The Verte restaurant- miserable staff. No atmosphere. Poor quality, cheap food but very expensive. Even charged 1.50 euros for ketchup! Breakfast poor value too. Room ok, tho not ‘superior’ despite its title. 30 mini drive from A3 on entering. Would I recommend, not unless have to.

We had to attend an event in Heerlen at 12pm and after flying from New York and driving for 2 hours we arrived at the hotel at 10am hoping to get the room early to freshen up and change. Of course with check in at 3pm this was a lot to ask. Both the concierge and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job accommodating us and had the room ready for us in record time. That is top notch service! The rooms were great and the breakfast the next day was fantastic. We had an excellent experience staying at the hotel.
