They put a lot of time and money into the renovation of the lobby. There was, however, a lot of trash in the parking lot and no renovation in the rooms. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby. I had to go back down to get a code for the wifi. Everything is a scan-a-code for self-check-in. Scan a code for the wifi. The only food available was a little corner of microwave stuff and chips... self-scan. I prefer a little more human assistance after driving all day.

We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very spacious bigger than most apartments, which is a plus especially with 2 young children. Great location and decent part of town. This will be my place to stay every time when coming to Memphis.

Outdated rooms, poor air quality..smoke came from vents. No hair dryer

Staff wre friendly, and everything was perfect. We had a great time there. The valet service is great and very helpful. Music and the movie makes you want to stay longer. Thank you

The Rooftop staff wasn't friendly but the rest of the staff was amazing!!!

Everything was as listed. Parking is tight up front but great in the back and it's professionally monitored 24/7! Will stay here again!
