The whole experience was very nice. Breakfast was varied and tasty. It is better to have a car there but train access was good. Staff was friendly, professional and accessible.

The entire experience of staying here was wonderful. Perfectly clean, great amenities, amazing location - so close to the main square of restaurants and bars for Zaandam, without any noise disturbance from that area of a night. During my booking, and in the lead up to our stay, all contact with the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful with fast responses. They even went above and beyond in their customer service when I added an additional night on to our stay, always being friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to stay in Zaandam again!

This is a hostel, so you have to make your own bed (linens provided). They do not provide towels. We found the place full of school kids, biking groups, and noisy World Cup partiers. Not really our scene as a family of four but if you’re a young person it might be a great lower cost option. Just make sure you bring a towel!

Wonderful hotel and staff were exceptional. Enjoyed our stay. Great location to the museums and convenient for the bus and tram stops.
