Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.

I stayed at the Tropicana for three nights four days in the Solana towers. When I arrived it was earlier than check in time of 4PM, so I did pay for early check-in (It was 2PM). When I got to my room it was not cleaned. There were beer cans on the table, garbage on the floor, towels on the floor in the bathroom, and the bed looked like somebody just rolled out of it. I did call the front desk to let them know. The cleaner did clean it up pretty fast. She told me give her 30 minutes. Once the room was cleaned, I have no complaints about the room. One more thing is the elevator. Waiting for the elevator to go up to the room and back down to the lobby was insane. Only two elevators were working, out of the four elevators there. I don’t know why the other other two were off. The casino is nice and big. Everything is in the hotel so you don’t really have to go out if you don’t want to.

Housekeeping will not give you any towels if they were not instructed by the front desk. I had 2 rooms that slept a total of 8 guest and 3 towels and wash clothes between the 2 upon check in. I had to call to get toilet paper as we had run out and it took 3 hours to arrive. No extra roll was left as per my usual hotel standards. The phones barely worked or staff wasn’t available because calling the front desk or housekeeping was trial and error and for most needs I had to go to the front desk and wait in line for my needs. The front desk told them I needed towels (I told them a specific number) house keeping brought 1. Woke up early check out day to no hot water. By the time maintenance came it was restored and I was showered and fully dressed for the day. Over a hour wait. They never cleaned my rooms the entire stay even when requested. I was informed they clean the checked out rooms first then they would get to mine. They never came even though I seen them in the room next door. Value should not mean basic needs are not met. I would not choose this hotel again.

The room was very clean and spacious, especially the shower.
