Everything and everyone was great. The only problem was the arcade. Spend lots of money and no prizes- except the machine zeroed out card. Devastating for a 6 yr old. Get rid of arcade!!! Or reimburse us the money we spent.

Went to check in and staff could not or would not locate the reservation set up through travelocity. No help at the desk to resolve. Had to do a completely different check in and was charged twice for the room. onec through travelocity and once in person.
