Good location, very clean, but the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. The breakfast is very good and the waitstaff are excellent, providing outstanding service. The cleaning staff is attentive and helpful.

Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and other shops. Host was kind, helpful and responsive. There is a pool and a gym in the properties that we did not get to use as we did not know how to access them — although was not a priority anyway but it would have been nice to have it described it on the general instructions provided. There are two thermostats that made it a bit confusing to use (maybe remove the old one?) and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working although not a big issue. Nice stay all in all.

We really liked everything about this apartment. There was ample room, very nicely appointed kitchenette, comfy beds, roomy bathroom. Very clean. The staff was helpful, spoke beautiful English, and was really pleasant. The location of this apartment was central to everything we wanted in Madrid. Just minutes away from Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol. The air conditioning worked great as well. A plus for us since it was pretty warm the first couple of days. The staff also helped arrange a taxi for us for the trip back to the airport. Cannot say enough nice things about this accommodation.
