It had security guard and he was very polite. The bad about this establishment was that the pool was closed at 6pm. No swimming after 6pm. We could sit in the pools area, no swimming. We had a long day on our feet, so we soaked our feet only.

Just bad

The room was dirty with hair strands along the tub and toilet. There was no dish soap or dish towels, sponges to clean dishes. A huge disappointment. The place needs a makeover

Nice hotel, do your own shopping and eat out.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The pool party and happy hour was also amazing and we had a lot of fun. Beer stir was close by, and also some reasonable restaurants. After checking in, we discovered that our door would not close and had to be locked in order to shut. They only had one key, so once it was locked we didn’t realize you couldn’t get out. This became a problem when one of our party went in to go for a lie down and was locked in and couldn’t get out to enjoy the pool area. The hotel also needs to ensure that only staff are on premises. We were taken advantage of by someone who didn’t work for the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff, very clean, safe and quiet place with nice beaches and fish fry within walkable distance. Free rum and fruit punch 7-9 is such a nice touch.

Transportation was available on property Patrick was a big help to us while we stayed he gave us the best experience and safe to travel with the property was ok for it to be on an island we are you to more of a five star but we can’t always get that in other places the overall experience what wonderful our room was clean they just didn’t have a queen or king size for couples the room kitchen give a old model of what the new century offers but once again every country you learn something different but we loved it here no problems with our room staff was helpful the water was hot and good

Hotel was decently clean and nice for price but they must've had a mixup in the office because at midnight they tried to put someone else in my room. Then in the morning they marched me down to the office and made me show them my id and recite to prove I was a guest. It all checked out and they apologjzed but did not appreciate the exlerience.
