SpringHill Suites was a great place to stay. It was extremely clean, the rooms were large (especially the closet which we loved the most) and all of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, was so professional and very nice.

Nice hotel with good dining options within walking distance. The air conditioning units do NOT work for heat. If you are traveling during the winter...not normally a problem for Tennessee, but it was below freezing this week and room never got above 65F.

Hotel front desk people were great! Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the GPS stopped was not close to the hotel. We called the front desk and they helped us find the hotel. The hotel is tucked in a little bit and the hotel sign is not positioned in a way to see the hotel.
