This property is situated in a great spot for Printer’s Alley, Broadway bars and restaurants, central bus station, Ryman Theater, Assembly Food Hall and more. Communication was excellent with prompt replies and helpful information.

Affordable and spacious! A must stay!!

Location was great. Close to Broadway but not so close to hear all the noise. The small apartment was clean and cozy. Just the right amount of space. Check-in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Nashville.

Quick weekend trip

We stayed 3 nights and everything was great. Virtually checking in & out was convenient, communication was quick & clear. Rooms were spacious, decorated nicely, lots of amenities and everything was clean. It was walkable to Broadway. They have luggage lockers available to store your items if you have a later flight on check-out day. Overall we're happy and 100% plan to return back to Kasa if we come to Nashville again.

Perfect place

This was the most fabulous place ever! Located just around the corner from all the Broadway stuff and the Ryman. Also lots of breakfast and pizza places around for grabbing something early or late. The garage pass was awesome and it made our stay even better. The instructions were super clear with great communication. Someone periodically checked on our stay to make sure things were running smoothly. The actual room was gorgeous, super clean Having use of a kitchen and full size appliances made keeping drinks on hand and reheating food super easy. The bed was pretty comfy and all the linens were clean and smelled fresh. A little bit of street noise but they provide ear plugs and a sound machine. The only thing missing was some USB ports. Really wished there had been some places to plug all my usb cables. Would be nice if they kept a small fan in the room as well.

Excellent location. It was close enough to Broadway to walk but far enough away that you didn't have to hear all the bustle of the area. The parking is across the street in a garage, but we found it easy to access. The unit was perfect for our needs and very spacious. There was enough room for all of us, including our dog!

Downtown Hotel

The property was conveniently located within walkable distance to Broadway, The Ryman and Printers Alley. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to make coffee and a light breakfast each morning before heading out for our days adventure. It was very nice to have separate bedrooms and a living and dining space. The beds were very comfortable! We would highly recommend.

The only complaint I have is there was no where to hang our towels. We had to put them over the shower or over the door, and move them constantly. Also, a shelf in the shower would have been great for razors and face wash! Other than this we thought the Kasa was perfect!!!

The hallways have motion sensor lights that flicker. Its kinda had a "The Shining" vibe. I stayed in a ground floor unit and my a few of the illuminated parquet floors were lifted and need to be adjusted or replaced. Overall, a very nice place and I will definitely stay there agian.

A beautiful property with a very accommodating, LARGE room (suite) at a reasonable price. Ongoing communication via text messages and e-mails made checking in and out a breeze. The room was well-stocked and SUPER CLEAN. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Nashville, and will certainly stay at this MOST REASONABLY PRICED accommodation in the downtown area.

Very nice and clean, just needed a luggage cart!

Our apartment was very clean and well appointed. The location was safe, and it was in a great part of downtown Nashville. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. My only complaint is that they did not have a luggage cart. It made it very difficult and cumbersome to get all of the bags out of the car, through a heavy door that needed a code, and then on the elevator, off the elevator, and all in the room. Be in a lot of small bags and it took several trips. I took one star off for that. Everything else was perfect.
