Breakfast daily was great. Had good view side room of downtown & Korean Vet & Pedestrian bridges. Parking Garage is tight very tight on turns. And Hotels.com sold me THIRD PARTY rental car insurance. Won’t buy that again

We arrived at 2:30 and there wasn't one room to check in early. 15 minutes later everyone was suddenly getting their room. The room was hot and wouldn't hold the temperature we would set it to for the whole evening. $400 for one night was ridiculous and know they did it because the AC/DC concert was changed but it isn't worth that much money.

What I didn’t like was waiting to check at 3am. I was told I would have to pay $200.00 if I check in beforehand. I sat in the lobby at 11pm until 3am. I had been flying from 6:30pm til 7:30pm to try getting to Vanderbilt Hospital on a family emergency.

La Quinta is a very clean hotel. They offered fresh breakfast in the morning and they hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from broadway. There’s also a 7- Eleven across the street from the hotel if you’re feeling extra snacky. Great hotel overall!

I’ve stayed at this property more than once. Very nice. Although, I wish their indoor pool was heated more and I don’t know if Expedia’s site mentioned there’s a $25 nightly parking fee. There was a cheaper hotel downtown I would have stayed at but didn’t want to pay the $37 parking fee. I think my cost probably would have evened out. No complaints whatsoever about my room, or any of the staff. Very clean, nice hotel.

Overall, the property was nice, but the room we had was right next to the interstate and there was constant noise all night. They need better sound proofing on the windows on that side of the building.
