It was a close walk to downtown Nashville. Disappointed with the cleaning staff. Left nice tips and discovered that I forgot a few clothing items and they were mysteriously not found after making several inquiries.

We had a great stay! This was a last minute reservation and just happened to be driving by when we saw it. We went ahead and made the reservation. First, I would like to recognize Tony for his incredible customer service. He was extremely attentive. When he saw us looking around, he noticed us and approached us to ask what he could help with. Not only did he answer our questions in detail, he provided us with a lot of hotel info. We encountered him again later that night when he served us dinner in the restaurant area. Again, amazing customer service. Thank you Tony!! The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and updated. Bed was not comfortable for is but that’s just a personal preference. The elevators to rooms and the parking garage require a room key so it’s pretty secure. Check in and check out were easy and quick. Don’t let its location navy to the highway deter you from staying here. Our room actually faced the highway and we didn’t even hear it. It was still peaceful.

The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The highway is a little noisy and new construction of the stadium is right next door. I didn’t find the woman at the front desk very friendly and accommodating. She gave us wrong information about the breakfast times and was not friendly at all. Some of the valet was good and others were on their phones and not paying attention to the requests for the car.

Great hotel, lovely staff! Just a bit further away for downtown than I expected. Felt super safe going in between hotel and downtown. Just a bit of inconvenience on the walk over the river all the time! Fantastic location for any NFL Games though!

We flew in on Thursday morning; check-in wasn't until the afternoon, but we decided to see if we could check in early. We were met with the friendliest person who asked about our trip and where we were from. She not only let us check in early, she said, "I'm going to give you a room with a view." I wish I had gotten her name. Also, Shakeira worked every morning we had breakfast and was the absolute best. Happy, engaging, singing with a smile on her face the entire time. She was AMAZING!

Due to construction across the street property review is low. Also should have a shuttle back & forth to downtown. All workers were friendly and made our stay more enjoyable! Kudos to staff!

There was absolutely nothing I liked about the LaQuinta!! It was extremely noisy construction going 24/7 ! I went with my daughter to the lounge to have a drink and the the bar tender absolutely freaked out on me!! I raised my hand to get his attention and he flipped out yelling at me saying I didn't need to raise my hand at him!! That was TERRIBLE!! And the managers didn't seem to care!! I talked to other workers and they mentioned he had a short fuse. I would like a FULL refund!!
