Amazing hotel. Everything 5 stars except for the one employee who was rude when we asked if we could check out 30 minutes past check out because I injured my foot and it was extremely hard for me to get around. I just needed a little extra time and she was very rude and disrespectful. It didn’t affect anyone or anything by us checking out a half hour after check out but she didn’t care I had injured myself. Other than that it was great. Pool was a big party and was awesome. Bourbon steak on the top of the hotel was AMAZING. We went there twice during the 4 nights we were there. The wagyu with the hot stone you cook on your table was some of the best steak I have ever had. If going to Nashville definitely stay at this hotel.
