Very satisfied

It was a great location about 10 mins to Broadway and other popular attractions. A great selection of breakfast items were offered, very complete and it was tasty. This was by far the best breakfast provided that I have ever had at a hotel.

I did a door dash order for beer. Was required to present my drivers license and meet in the lobby. I slid my ID back in the shopping bag. Later, I left my shopping bag to the side in the room. Put trash in the trash. Housekeeping did not look inside the shopping bag before they tossed it in the trash. I had no identification for the remainder of my trip. Unable to experience downtown Nashville. Good thing I drove instead of flying. Asked for assistance but nothing could be done. I asked them hours after cleaning the room.

We were so impressed with our stay. The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean, the breakfast was great and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do! We're coming back in March and will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was nice, but they should be upfront about the $43.00 parking charge per night to self park. There's really no place to park other than the street to even get checked in.
