Different room give me. when i booked with kitchen but step says room is full and no kitchen. I don't have any other choice. And when i check out today 3am. Only one women work at the counter. I requested print with receipt but she say system down so wait 15 to 20 min. I understood sometimes happening. But she is working attitude is really bad. Please fix like this problems.

Awesome!

The room was awesome. A kitchen, island, living space and separate bathroom and bedroom areas were so up to date and nicely layed out. Vey much like home! Staff was very friendly each time we came in and out. Kept our luggage before our checkin time so we could wander, called us when the room was ready. Breakfast was abundant! To have restaurant in the lobby was also a bonus for evenings !!! Would stay again!

Great place to stay right in the heart of Vanderbilt campus. multiple restaurants within walking distance. Church within walking distance. safe clean surroundings. 7 minute Uber to Broadway and Legends. staff was wonderful.

This was a nice hotel. Clean, quiet and ingi at the bar was excellent!!!! She made great drinks. We will be coming back. I do think the bar closes too early to be downtown Nashville. Other than that 5 stars from us!

Overpriced and underwhelmed

It was ok... a few things that really bothered me ... (1) the shower was not short people friendly (2) the shower's water stream and pressure was barely exisistent (3) i booked a suite that slept 4 to the the room and the only bathroom was inside of the main bedroom so everyone had to enter into your room to shower and use the restroom (DEFINITELY NOT OKAY) and (4) parking is almost forced upon you with its location and its too expensive for the cost per night, 38.00 per night for parking is ridiculous and if you have a larger vehicle its even worse because of how the garage is made., so overall, IVE SPENT LESS AT WAY BETTER HOTELS WITH BETTER ACCOMMODATIONS
