The staff was amazing. We were there for the Savanna Bananas game at Nissan Stadium down the road so it was obviously busy. I messed up and accidently booked a single bed for my family of 4 and they were quick to help. Even let me check in a little early with my cranky baby so he could get a nap before the game.

We loved the free shuttle. It made it very convenient to park at hotel & hop on the shuttle. The pool was never open & I was disappointed that we never rec’d an explanation as to why. That was one of the main reasons to book with Holiday Inn. It was Memorial Day weekend & the indoor pool is closed?? I did a review & did ask to be contacted by management but have not rec’d any courtesy acknowledgment.

The hotel was amazing and so was the staff who welcomed us. I wasn't expecting valet parking and assistance into hotel and to our room by a young man named Gavon The room was clean and very nice. Quiet . Breakfast buffet next 2 mornings were excellent . Everyone was friendly and professional .l would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone I know. I know that if I visit Nashville again where I'll be staying! I give your hotel a 5 star rating in my opinion!

Unfortunately, there was a concert that was so loud we didn't sleep until after midnight the first night, so the rooms have no insulation for noise. However, Trinity at the front desk was excellent

We were not happy that there was no pre-notification of an AC-DC concert at the adjacent stadium, which eliminated the downtown shuttle service. This caused us to pay an extra 40 dollars for a cab, who couldn’t get through the closed roads, when the concert finished.
