Parking is just extremely expensive. Factor that in when deciding to stay. Very nice staff and room. Decorated very nicely. Walking distance to Broadway (15 min)

Convenient and comfortable!

The Caption is within walking distance to our office in Nashville, and it was wonderful. The hotel is new, modern and comfortable. Will definitely look forward to my next visit!

Be Warned

Pumped fragrance through ventilation system. Was on the street at 3 am because I could breath. Should be illegal for all these businesses to do this knowing a significant percent of people have real allergies to it. At least require them to make it known at registration so people with known severe reactions can book elsewhere.

The hotel was a small boutique so not the space of some hotels but enough. I saw many people walking in the area but we drove to Broadway which was about 5-6 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful. The Seven Eleven downtown the street becomes like an outdoor “club” for guys/girls with motorcycles, but they seemed harmless. They mostly congregated in at the corner of the lot. There was some motorcycle noise, but not enough to keep us from sleeping. (my husband is a light sleeper). I would go back to stay.

Great location. Walking distance to broadway and other shoping areas but far enough away you're away from the noise of downtown strip. Only item of note during the hot weekend, Room AC was barely keeping up. It was a little warm in the room for my liking

Great location. We were able to have breakfast at Milk and Honey every morning and it’s not too far from Broadway and Painter’s Alley along with Midtown and 12th South. Everywhere is accessible from the hotel. The manager is also very accommodating.

Stayed at athe Caption by Hyatt while attending the CMA fest. It wad so conveniently located within a few minute walking distance of the Gulch Area which has so many places to eat, drink, and shop. The main downtown Nash bar and restaurant scene is a short walk away as well and easy to get to. Hotel staff was so kind and helpful, rooms were amazing and honeslty one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in hotels for a long time. We will be styaing there again!

Excellent location and excellent property.

Hotel was excellent. Perfect location for seeing Nashville and conveniently located very centrally between both the Gulch and Broadway. Our experience was only slightly affected by the lower than expected quality of the cleaning services. Our rooms were not cleaned well and we had to ask for toilet paper on several occasions as it was not actively replenished. The coffee machines are excellent but there was not enough creamer supplied. Our glasses were also not cleaned or replaced, which was disappointing.
