There was mold in the bathroom, the lobby and room smelled horrible, the carpet was in poor condition, the a/c wreaked, and the remote didn’t work. We didn’t even stay the full booking dates because we didn’t even want to shower there.

We arrived the check in person was friendly and helpful. We went to the first room - it smelled terribly bad. the second room was horrible. My husband took a picure. He showed that picture the the check in person and he ssent the picture to the owner of the hotel. We told them we wanted to cancel our room and he said I would have to contact you (which I have been trying to do since that night. Please tell me what to do to get my card refunded .

The bed had a hole in the middle of it. You literally sank down and there were springs in your back. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly the shower curtain slid right down to the middle on both sides which caused the bathroom to flood when taking a shower. same with the sink faucet. the faucet is the wrong size for the sink when you turn the water on the counter floods, and no water goes in the sink. it was a shame because it looks like the hotel is being redone but will not have so much water damage. There was also something sticky on the curtains.

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, it was apparent that the pictures from the website did not adequately portray the l location and overall poor condition of this hotel. It was run down, and the carpet was stained, my son and I left as soon as we walked in the room.

Expected more from Wyndham property

The negatives. They have attempted to upgrade but. Poorly done. The bathtub was stained and caulk around tub and floor poorly installed up the side of tub. Big gaps under door. The hair dryer didn’t work. No attention to detail for overall maintenance of the building. Positives. The king bad was comfortable and the room was quiet.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! IT WAS DIRTY AND GROSS. THE ROOM SMELLED TERRIBLE AND WE REFUSED TO TAKE A SHOWER IN THIS PLACE DUE TO CLEANLINESS. THE CITY SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!
