Could tell they have worked on this property recently to update. That being said, walking barefoot on the floor turned our feet black. The transition from the shower to the bathroom floor was loose. The hair dryer did not work. One of the usb ports for charging did not work, there was drywall dust on the molding in the bathroom, and the pillows were like cinder blocks. Also I’m told the smell from breakfast made its way into our room as we were adjacent to the lobby/ breakfast area and there is a door adjoining the two that’s likely not well sealed. The staff was very friendly and helped me with one issue I had. Also being right across the street from the beach was a huge plus. I’d think about staying somewhere else before coming back there but wouldn’t rule it out. Was just a lot of little things.

The property had everything we needed. Having three beds was great for our family. The kitchenette and included breakfast was great for our allergy needs and saved us money and is great with kids that are always snacking. Being right on the beach is perfect.

Amazing walk across to beach

Love the location. Loved that Point Judith was a short drive. Plenty of local choices for meals. I did not like seeing WIND TURBINES off Scarborough Beach!

I was impressed with water pressure and heat level of shower. I also appreciated that not only did the room have a refrigerator but it also had a microwave which came in handy to reheat coffee. The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating.
