Ronny and his staff were so kind and accommodating and made this stay absolutely worth it. We were welcomed with a cocktail and had a custom ordered tasty breakfast every morning. The room itself is small (and no door to the bathroom) but it is all you really need. The secluded rooftop patio was our favorite place to be during sunsets. The restaurant is bustling but the noise dies down early in the night. The property is on top of a hill (car required) and is about a 10 minute drive to everything. Thank you for hosting us!

The resort is beautifully integrated into the rainforest, offering a peaceful and luxurious escape where nature and comfort exist in perfect harmony. Every morning brought the sounds of tropical birds and wildlife, making it feel as though we were living in the heart of the forest. Our room was exceptional—spacious, beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained. Every amenity had been thoughtfully considered, creating a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The private hot tub was an absolute highlight. Relaxing in the warm water while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the rainforest was an experience we'll never forget. The food throughout our stay was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented, bursting with fresh local flavours and prepared to an exceptionally high standard. Our stay at Cielo Lodge was absolutely unforgettable and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience extra special. The food was another highlight of our trip — every meal was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The local ingredients and creative dishes gave us a true taste of Costa Rica, and dining with such breathtaking surroundings made it even more memorable. Cielo Lodge offers an amazing variety of activities, making it easy to experience the beauty and adventure of Costa Rica. Whether exploring nature, enjoying guided excursions, or simply relaxing and taking in the scenery, there was always something wonderful to do. The grounds themselves are absolutely gorgeous — lush, peaceful, and immaculately maintained. What truly amazed us was the incredible wildlife surrounding the lodge. We saw colorful birds, monkeys, and so many beautiful animals right in their natural habitat. It felt like being immersed in a tropical paradise. If you are looking for a place that combines luxury, adventure, incredible food, outstanding service, and the superb wildlife of Costa Rica, Cielo Lodge is truly a hidden gem. Very nice place to stay.

El lugar es bellísimo. Tiene al puro frente una playa inmensa lo que permite disfrutar ver y escuchar el mar. Los jardines están bien cuidados, las piscinas también. Las toallas de baño y de piscina de muy buena calidad. La amplitud de la habitación es otro gran plus y es de resaltar que está equipada la habitación con minibar y cafetera. El personal muy amable.
