This hotel is in an excellent position on via Toledo, very close to the M1 Toledo Street station. Hotel has excellent air conditioning, very friendly staff, and a beautiful huge breakfast room.

Good hotel in old building, friendly staff and breakfast was included. It's on a second floor but there is an elevator available. Only downside is that cab can't reach entrance because front of hotel in on a pedestrian street, but you don't need to walk much.

the location is best but you will get lost and hard to find cause they have no signage, it was a big metal garage driveway and going in kinda youre going to junk shop but the hotel lobby is in the first floor of annold building

Our experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The location is excellent — close to shops, markets, and all the main cultural sights. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to choose from. The hotel could use a bit of an update, especially in the outside lobby areas, where some extra cleaning and maintenance would improve the overall impression. However, the room and bathrooms were spotless, and we had a great stay overall. I especially loved how convenient it was to everything, and I would definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay - room was clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good breakfast. Excellent location for the Spanish Quarter and very close to the Toledo Metro, so easy transit to Garabaldi/Centrale train station for trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Just note that signage for the hotel is poor, the reception is at first floor level after entering the building through so large metal gates on Via Toledo. But I would gladly stay there again

Once you step through the little green door, all the noise and anxiety is gone. The room was so spacious for our family of four. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area looks like a palace. Perfect location, walking distance to the port or to all the shops and restaurants in the Spanish Quarter. Highly recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located for sites but its on Via Toledo so there will be a lot of external noise. Room was OK but air conditioning not plugged in, window filthy and looking out on scaffolding so it wasn't safe to leave open. Throughout the building, wires sticking out of walls and the place looked unfinished and tired. Lobby area includes tatty and broken furniture (the arms come with you when you get out of the chairs). Breakfast is disappointing - you have to ask for a coffee, the staff may not offer anything better than than tepid brown stuff in a flask. Limited selection of breakfast items, especially fruit, (and no labels).

Ottima esperienza

Posizione perfetta, pieno centro e molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti di nostro interesse. Il personale, dalla reception al servizio delle colazioni, estremamente cordiale e attento. Colazione abbondante e molto varia. Camere ampie e pulite, doccia moderna e potenza dell’acqua perfetta. Prese della corrente esattamente dove servono, frigobar e kettle a disposizione. Unica pecca ma abbastanza ovvia è la non perfetta insonorizzazione della stanza. È un palazzo d’epoca che affaccia in via Toledo, finestre con doppi infissi ma ovviamente il brusio si sente. Altra cosa, nella nostra stanza aprendo la finestra il parapetto era molto basso, pensando a un bambino che può sporgersi potrebbe essere pericoloso. Probabilmente il personale avvertirà di questo le famiglie con bambini piccoli ma è bene menzionarlo.

Overall a good property. VERY HARD TO FIND. IT is on a busy pedestrian street. NO signage and be hind a very large steel door. If a shop keeper did not tell us where it was, we would have never found it. It is on the second and third floor of the building. You have to go outside for stairs or a tiny elevator. It is located a 1/2 block from the Toledo metro station. Good breakfast.. We had a problem with reservation. Tried cancelling one day. The request was made within 24 hours of making the reservation. Niether Expedia or the Hotel would help.

There’s a lot to say about Napolit’amo. A lot has already been mentioned in previous reviews. The staff is excellent and truly helpful, with great restaurant recommendations. The area is quite busy; on the weekends crowds felt like a major sporting event crowd all day and all evening. Restaurants were packed with long lines. While it didn’t feel unsafe, I wouldn’t want to experience it again. The weekdays were so much better; popular but manageable. The actual street the hotel is on doesn’t allow cars, so taxis need to drop you a block away. There is a major subway stop very close by. The hotel entrance is subtle so you NEED the address to find it. Breakfast spread was nice. My room, 102, was a loft style. The room had very high ceilings and so they built the bedroom up on a second story with a staircase to climb. While the separation of space is nice for a couple, I wouldn’t want to stay in that room again as a solo traveler and have to use stairs anytime I needed the bathroom for showers or middle of the night visits. I’d happily stay on weekdays if not booked in that room. The location is close to many sights.

Great well located Hotel for a stay in Naples

Very nice hotel in excellent location - close to metro stop and in vibrant part of town. Excellent breakfast! Large comfy rooms, some with balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff, Note can be noisy at night due to location - bring earplugs if that bothers you.
