Purpose of the trip was to take my kids to Wolf lodge for the indoor activities, but instead of staying at the hotel there decided to switch to the grand as it got better reviews. We were very pleased with this property. Got the VIP treatment, was sent something to the room for my six-year-old‘s birthday, close to the beach, nice pool. Hard to find too many complaints about this place.

The place is nice but the night noise from guest above us late at night ruined it. Was moved in am with better sink that made noise and smelled, better curtain that could close completely and we could sleep with early light coming thru and better view/ central higher up since hotel wasn’t busy. Manager was accommodating though never followed up. Just dinner details lacked for a well priced place.

Stayed for 2 nights. Overpriced very dated hotel in need for seriouse remodling or drop in price. You will only see the horizon from your Water view room. You can always use the public parking next door for 10 dollars a day and take the same free tram to the beach, bring your own chairs and umbrella or rent the from the hotel staff. Food absoultly nl

Pool area was crowded and the pool water was dirty. The service was good but slow by the pool. Rooms are dated and needs to be updated. The beach is nice and the tram service is convenient. The hotel is ok but there are much better options in the area.

The location of this hotel is Excellent and the beach is amazing so is the staff on the beach, very helpful. The hotel is grand rooms are great on size and nice views, but definitely rooms need some upgrade. Staff are pleasant in general . Sometimes it depends on the staff member like the checking staff and Manager at the Spa who were not agreeable and were humiliating! Overall a v. good experience
