Didn't meet expectations. Though I asked to give me a room with better view, 1st I was checked in to a room low floor facing the roof:( So I had to go through a hustle o changing the room, which was quite better and had a bathtub. But unfortunately, there was no hot water in the evening so I had to take cold shower:) I thought I will be resting in the morning but this didn't happen either because at 8:30 am a very loud construction drilling noises started. Apparently I was told that either construction or property manager consider it is being normal and acceptable to bother hotel guests that early in the morning. Which was absolutely unacceptable. They could start working at around 11 after check out but hotel management doesn't think about it. They give you a ride to the beach and provide towels and cheislongs, but you pay abundant for their resort taxes and still they do charge extra for beach umbrellas:) And there was not water provided for guests at the beach at all. Nothing special about this place and it is quite outdated.

They gave us an upgrade I guess with a double balcony room however as soon as we entered the room we were greeted with an overwhelming smell of bleach. We had to open the sliding doors to air it out. Then the tv wouldn’t turn on. Lastly when we showered there seems to have been a leak because the hallway carpet would get soaked up. Not great to be honest. I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. Staff were ok not overly nice as expected. At midnight we were awaken to a phone call and a maintenance man to fix the leak! In the end wouldn’t stay here again.

First of all the staff everywhere in the hotel were Amazing !! The food was excellent as well . Beautiful property . The only downside was the drilling noise that was pretty much from the start to finish of our trip . It was quite annoying for a stay at a higher end hotel . I literally work in a hospital and have heard this same sound for over a month and a half while they are doing construction… sooo you can only imagine when I got here and the same thing was happening. Unfortunately that took away a lot from our trip . I would definitely come back but not until this construction is complete .

This was a nice place except they we’re working on the rooms beside of us and was very loud the ballet parking worker was very rude and drove your vehicles like they were in a race and there was a couple beside of us that was out in the hallway screaming and fighting slamming doors other than the loudness this place was nice
