I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the bathtub; it was incredibly annoying. It would startle me every time I tried to sleep. I complained three times, but they didn't change my room. I was only sleeping three hours a day, and it wasn't good sleep because I was going to bed at 4 a.m. Also, there wasn't a balcony as advertised. I wanted to enjoy my vacation and relax; I didn't know I would suffer.
