Conveniently located near the train station. The entrance is a little odd however, the hotel did a great job with providing a video of how to access the property ahead of time. It was very helpful. Yummy breakfast on offer for 10 euro. Only issue was the air con not fully functioning in the room and all electricity turns off when you depart the room, which is not great as I had a bunch of chocolates that melted.

It is within 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. The number of guest rooms small, but there are many people working, so it is very clean and has air conditioning, so it is cool. The office staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned very well. Breakfast was also good. It was difficult to find the hotel, but it is in a building where restaurants are gathered. You can take the subway to the old town, and there is a city tour bus stop near the hotel and a currency exchange office with a better exchange rate than the airport and central station. I recommend this place because it is cost-effective.

Really liked the couple of free beverages in the mini-bar, it was a welcome touch after a long train ride. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good value and I loved the playlist. The only reason I gave a low rating for the area was, while Garibaldi square is safe and clean enough, there are some filthy areas only few blocks to the west. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but future travelers may want to know.

Our family had a wonderful stay at H22 Hotel in Naples! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station and close to major roads, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved the many great dining options just steps away. I highly recommend staying here!

Eggs were cold. Not kept in a warming tray. Great options for coffees, teas, juices. The young lady serving hot drinks was very efficient and attentive. Very clean rooms. Not crazy about step up to go to the bathroom area. Shower very tight. Bathroom area needed a shelf or drawer for the toiletries.

When I arrived to H22 after dark, I felt that I needed to head to the entrance quickly, being that the hotel is situated across from the train station and there could’ve been characters lurking about. Being a single woman, carrying luggage, I had reason to be alert. The directions for entering the building were clearly given through video and I made my way through the battered wooden front gate up the stairs to the second floor. The Receptionist was very friendly and professional and she led me to a perfectly appointed room. It was clean, very comfortable, and I felt very well cared for. It even had a small balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the plaza. After checking in, I found a restaurant next door that had great food and I relaxed there before settling in for the night. I would recommend this hotel. Just be mindful of your surroundings and be confident when approaching the building. H22 has the character of old Italy, and when upstairs in the hotel, there is a delightful charm leading down the hall to the room.
