I've been coming to the Double Tree Naples off and on since 1998. Staff and accommodations are always exceptional. However, when the renovations were done a couple+ years ago, the mattresses and pillows were replaced with the cheapest bedding they could get! No more dream sleep for which Double Tree is known! If it weren't for the staff and the location, I would no longer stay here. I don't know who owns this particular hotel, but they need to reevaluate the bedding. I've checked on other Double Trees in my area and all advertise the Dream Sleep bedding. Fix this! Double Tree Naples!

Everything was perfect. The room was so beautiful. The pool was nice and hot tub. Loved the cookies they give at front desk. Beds were very comfortable. The tvs each had games option, which was cool when we were just hanging out in room. Staff was 100% amazing. Will be back.
