The property sat at the top of a hill, with narrow winding roads that buses are not able to navigate. The view was beautiful. The staff was kind and many spoke English. The remoteness hindered exploration of the city and taxis were necessary and got expensive if you like activities in the city or tours.

The front desk was great but the rooms had cockroaches and bugs and the AC did not work and looked shabby. The restaurant was not great and very pricey for the quality of food they offered. The front desk told that they had a discounted rate for the taxi company but we paid more that other taxis and realized not to use their taxi company

Great property, bring your own food…

The property is beautiful. We arrived and were amazed by the beauty. Check in went smoothly and our room was spacious, clean and wonderful. That was where it ended. We went to order a Negroni at the bar (it was on the menu), we were told that they couldn’t make anything on the menu and they didn’t have alcohol for Negroni’s… so we settled for a glass of wine. When dinner came, we asked for menu twice and didn’t get one. Then, the staff told us that the menu was displayed at the entrance was no longer available. So there were no menus. The staff created it for other diners while we were sitting there but we still didn’t receive one. We were told to order with no menu and no prices. We ordered pasta, prawns, calamari and French fries for our kids. We received one bowl of pasta in the first hour, then sat for nearly another 45 minutes without receiving food or updates. We almost left it took so long. We didn’t even bother checking for breakfast after our experience at the restaurant the night before. Then we went to catch the taxi that we booked with the staff at check-in the day before. We double checked with the staff on timing and were assured it would be there, but it didn’t show up. The staff were fairly unhelpful at that point. We asked to book a shuttle with them and offered to pay the fee listed at the desk, but they refused. Our daughters were on the verge of tears with the stress of the situation and we almost missed our flight.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Napoli! The service was truly exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards, making it easy to feel at home. The gardens were absolutely beautiful—a serene oasis that provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated how easy and convenient the parking access was, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Napoli!

Excellent breakfast buffet and good restaurant for evening dinner. Very helpful staff. Nice garden area with a view of Naples. Convenient to an expressway to travel to areas of interest. However, road to get to hotel dicey, very narrow and 2 way street.

The hotel was great! The property was great and gated so I felt safe and the room was very large. Driving to the hotel was a challenge and parking was limited. We just stayed for 1 night and did not try to go into the city so I am not sure how walkable the location was. Overall, it was a great spot.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to be able to get a quick taxi transfer to the airport. It is set in beautiful gardens on a hill. It is walkable to the city centre in about 20 mins, which is great, but it is quite a hard walk down and up again via a lot of steps. We thought the hotel provided a courtesy transfer to the centre, but we were told no as this needed to be requested the day before. If you are only staying one night then this isn't possible, so this needs sorted. The evening meal in their restaurant was great. A very large, clean bedroom was also great, but there was only 1cover sheet so it was cold in bed. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely roof terrace. You can hear planes but this didn't annoy us and there's not so much plane noise overnight. No car noise which is great.
