We really enjoyed our stay—it was quiet, and we were able to get a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the convenience of checking in and out online and leaving a tip digitally; it saved time and made the whole process smoother. Being able to send a text message if we needed anything was also a great feature. We also liked the location—it worked well for us. The only thing we would have preferred is a higher-mounted shower instead of the hand-held type in our room. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Centrally located and a great value, it's an easy drive to the riverfront where a stroll, dining and views of the Napa hills are true delights! In a bottom room, we did hear our upstairs neighbors get up early, and the folks in the hot tub were clearly audible through our door. Some more sound proofing would be the one upgrade I would recommend. All furnishings are fresh and modern!

Relaxing stay at the vines

This Best Western was very clean and comfortable! There was a nice patio area with pool & spa, and after our drive, the spa felt great! Customer service at the front desk was excellent, as was the service next door at the Huckleberry restaurant. Thankfully this hotel had an elevator as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the modern Farm House look of the room, but I didn't like that I had been profiled - (POC) due to the walls being super thin. I and a friend stayed for a couple of hours because we were riding on a hot air balloon the next day. I checked in around 10pm and had been watching videos on my phone. I received a phone call from the front desk around 12:30 am stating that they had gotten several complaints about noise (music playing). I explained to the front desk that there is no music playing, she said yes there is I was just up there by your door and heard it. You need to turn it off. The only thing I could have thought of was me watching a Instagram reel and she heard that. The next morning I felt the need to apologize when I shouldn't have because I really didn't have music playing and if your walls are that thin that you cant watch videos on your phone that is a problem Best Western. So 7/10 I probably wouldn't stay here again which is unfortunate.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Inn at the Vines in Napa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax after exploring wine country. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the in-room coffee, comfortable bedding, and the convenient on-site restaurant. The location is fantastic — just minutes from downtown Napa, wineries, and great dining options, yet quiet enough to get a restful night’s sleep. Parking was easy and free, which was a huge plus. Everything about my stay felt easy and relaxing. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Napa, whether it’s your first time or your fifth. Great value, excellent service, and a genuinely comfortable stay!
