Staff was extremely courteous from the moment we checked in, they offered me and my partner a room upgrade and a complementary glass of wine. Then, our room had a personalized anniversary card and a small charcuterie tray. It was a beautiful touch. At check out, we asked to store our luggage while we went to grab breakfast. The staff member then very graciously came by to pick up our bags. Valet parking was challenging initially but this can also be attributed to a busy weekend plus rain. When picking up our car the next day, they acknowledged there was an issue during our arrival and they very extremely nice to comp the overnight rate. Besides that, I truly enjoyed the balcony and fireplace!

Great hotel. Convenient and beautiful. Don’t really like the barn doors on the bathroom as it doesn’t allow for much privacy, could have had hotter water in the shower but still a very nice stay. Will definitely come back again. Staff was great! All amenities made stay enjoyable.

The room they placed us in was fair. The receptionist didn’t seem to be too friendly when announcing it was for a special birthday getaway. The lounge area was really nice as they played great music and the wine was nice. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and kept the room nicely clean. The valet team was very polite too.

The rooms were very well kept, the staff were so kind and nice from check-in to check-out and the overall ambiance of the hotel was beyond what I expected! Great food and service at the rooftop! If you go, ask for Shane, he was incredible!!! I will definitely be staying at The Archer Hotel on my next Napa trip
