Nice hotel. Small room.

I reserved a room with two queen beds. When we arrived, the room had no A/C. All we were offered was a floor fan and a percentage of, which I declined, or move to a standard room with one bed for one night. Then I could check with the staff the next day to see what was available then. We were only there for 2 nights and didn’t have time for all of that. I also feel they knew the first room we were offered didn’t have a working A/C because there were two fans floor fans in the room already. To top it off, the TV in the standard room didn’t work.

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a great area

I like it’s is clean, rooms are comfortable. I didn’t like the noise from a nightclub across the street, listening to the music and people arguing until 2-3am. Phone was not working, AC was not working. Either freezing or we had to turn off and then it was too hot.

Everything was great except the carpet was stained in multiple spots. But I can imagine that so many people spill wine, food, and other things that it would be cost prohibitive to constantly replace the carpet. But the room also needed a paint job. Lamp shade needs replacing. But the stellar staff made up for everything.
