Terrace rooms are great for families with young ones. They are right by the pool and ground level. Easy 2 min. walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Loved our stay at the Fredonia.

It's a renovated hotel in the middle of the downtown district. One pool is next to the cafe which is awkward when driving to sun bath etc. Had a good experience at the Republic Steakhouse but bring your wallet:)

The only hotel in Nacogdoches where you can explore downtown on foot. Because it’s an older , historic hotel the rooms can be smaller than new hotels with the same star rating.
