Property was not up to BW standards. It reminded me of a cheap hotel six. Zero amenaties. Very musty room air. Zero vent in the bathroom. The TV was difficult to work with a bad remote and such a basic choice of channels that it was not worth the effort. I guess it's all right for the university kids but I will not stay here GIn

I come to Nac every summer, and always stay here. The landscaping is beautiful, the rooms are cozy and quiet, and the price is affordable.

LITERAL BED BUG IN OUR BED. I will be emailing best western directly. Tried calling the front desk when this occurred and no answer, around 4 in the morning. Staff was ok. Room wouldn’t cool, stayed humid and stuffy. Definitely won’t stay again this was traumatizing!
