Extremely dirty room, hair on the pillows and stains in the bedsheets. Sink was not wiped down at all. Carpet was not vacuumed. Didnt stay for more than an hour.

Not a favorite

Room was clean of clutter but had unpleasant smell. We asked for nonsmoking & all you could smell was cigarette & mj smoke. The room had 2 fridges? 1 didn’t work I did. Lights worked randomly. Paint on the door & walls looked like it was covering up stains not a normal paint job. Door handles & light switched were dirty appearing. Ceiling had a hole from a water leak, bathroom sink was broken/cracked & glued back together. When we turned the bed sheets down there was a long black hair on the pillow. Staff when they appeared at front counter were pleasant but not any effort at all to interact or ask if anyone had any needs or concerns. A/C worked great! Nice & cool but woke up very stuffy & congested. ? Mold.

We got a suite and the price was great! That being said, whomever cleans the rooms needs to pick up the very visible qtips, loose wiring bundle and trash from behind the bureau. Whomever paints/repairs the room should know to not paint over fixtures, especially brass kick plates. The staff was semi cordial but not overly friendly. A smile might be nice. I wouldn’t dare try the hot tub as I felt we might fall through the floor and spend the night with the guests below us. That’s my honest review. All else aside I’m not super picky and we actually had a great stay! For the money I’d stay there again.

The hotel was very unkept. The room had punch holes in the doors & walls. The rooms were extremely dated & didn’t feel clean. The tub floor was all scratched up & black. The towels dingy & thin. No coffee anywhere in the hotel. Also smelled like smoke throughout

The room was terrible. Bugs on the ceiling, cracks in bathroom sink, filthy tub and counter coming away from the wall. I would never recommend this place or stay there again. I’m a travel agent and will certainly not recommend that place to anyone of my clients.

So this is one of the cheapest hotels in the area. You need to understand that you get what you pay for. For $65 a night, this place will do. But the room was not that clean (stains on the walls, smells), the AC unit sucks, the lighting sucked, the window knobs didn’t crank to open, and you could see the wall damage. TVs also didn’t work when it rained. BUT…. $65 a night lol. So if you need the cheapest, it’s a bed and a room.

Hotel is old. Room was not very clean. The room was nice as far an amenities. Had a nice desk for working ,internet and a sitting area with a couch to watch TV. The hotel does. It have a workout room and is dated. That said for a cheap place, close to Historic Mystic it was ok.
