The stove was filthy. Mold all in bathrooms. Rooms themselves were clean and nice. Loud and kept up at night by others there. Great location but they have let the outside go and it needs paint and clean up.

The building is outdated! So everything is pretty much old on the inside and the outside Our room was very uncomfortable The couches couldn’t even sit in them barely! The bed was OK The AC barely worked! We got there and we were told we can’t put the thermostat past 70! That’s ridiculous We couldn’t change it ourselves like most places, let you! We had to complain and have someone come down there and change it We could only sit on 68 It was still uncomfortable in there! The pool and the view was the best things! People seem friendly as well But I will not be returning!

This hotel was in poor condition. There was black mold around the air vents and metal from the balcony that was actively falling into the patio chair during our stay. We called Hotels to report the condition and they stated that they could not relocate us, but would work on getting us compensation after our stay due to the hazardous conditions of the property. There has not been any communication from hotels or the property on any form of a refund. We had two small children with us and the property had several broken areas that were not properly marked off. This is the first property that I ever stayed at that made us sign a contract stating that we would not sure them for by injury while on the property. After checking in we found out why. Very dissatisfied with the sty and the way that hotels has handled this complaint.

Property told us once we arrived and swiped our card on the card reader that stared the transaction was approved that it did not go through. Lady at counter stated that this has happened before and it ahould clear after their nightly aduit and if not they would reach out. Immediately called our bank who stated the transaction was cleared and gave us a access code for validation. Went back to the front desk and they stated that they would just wait and turned down the code. Next day they never reached out. While staying there the room was not as advertised with small and limited kitchenette and only two forks when advertised that dinning and kitchen cookware was provided. There was a constant smell of marijuana and the door to the room was hard to shut and looked like the door had been tampered with before. When leaving we requested to check out a day early due to all this. Lady at counter stated the charges had still not went through and since it was a sunday the managers were not going to answer her phone calls. Instead she gave us a receipt that showed a balance owed of 400 some dollars with the number to the hotel and stated a manager named mike or steve would call the next day as this has happened before and they have been able to fix it. Following day had to call myself and was infromed by manger mike that they neved got anything and were not looking to try further. Still trying to get our money back were owed since 200 extra was taking out of our account. 0/10

We did the 3 bedroom apartment for our stay which came equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing. Kitchen had all dishes and cook wear you could need. Was pet friendly which was great for us because we were traveling with a dog. Staff was friendly. The only complaint was the trash at the end of the hall the first few nights was overflowing and smelled horrible. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

We were happy with the room the view and the overall atmosphere of this place, some upgrades are needed but overall we will definitely stay here again. This wasn't your average resort but it was very convenient and beautiful on the inside we had two full bedrooms on the beach side so we got to see the water and the beach and wake up to the sound of the ocean very nice you can even walk on the beach at night they have a bar on the pool side and they have a Jacuzzi very reasonable price will book again and pet friendly is a plus.

The his place should be shut down! Disgusting room, dirty entry, awful bathroom, food left in the refrigerator. Walls dirty, floors dirty, elevator was awful. We didn’t stay in the room more than 10 minutes. Front desk was closed. Fighting to get a refund. Shut it down!!!!
