Friendly staff and nice amenities like the pools and hot tub. Room is nice size. It’s an older property and it shows. I understand back front property is high maintenance but the humidity inside the rooms is high due to windows that don’t close properly and the repairs are obvious patch works in the room. I’m not mad at it just did not feel super clean. Like it was cleaned but the age and deteriorating state/ age shows. Not the cleaners fault.

The hot tubs were closed, and the property needed a little bit upkeep. Our stay was pleasant, safe, and fun. The location and proximity to be beach was really good. If you book through Expedia, you probably will not get the room you are expecting.

The hotel room it's self was pretty nice. Outside the hotel room was not so good. The trash receptacles were located next to the elevators and you smelt it whenever you took the elevator. The towel service never had towels in the morning you always had to wait till later in the day. Two of the four adult hot tubs were broken. The swimming pools were pretty good. Workers and guests were often smoking near the hotel rooms made for an unpleasant experienced traveling to and fro. The beach area was nice and the hotel was located close to other activities. If you're planning on visiting the beach and can deal what's the exterior being not the greatest it's a ok hotel

This was the most run down, nasty, marijuana smelling place that I’ve ever stayed at. The window leaked when it rained so much that we had to use a pot to catch it. The entire condo was filthy when we arrived and my family had to go buy cleaning items to clean with. The bathroom had spots on the ceiling that the Sheetrock was falling.

Nice weekend overall

The pool and such were clean. Our room was "cleaned" however nightstand was covered in dust, stove had cobwebs. Our tub had two cracks in it and would move if you stepped by it and you had to in order to take shower.

Balcony railing is unsafe and not secured. Property is in decline and maintenance isn't being done. The pool area was dirty, chairs moldy and dirty appearing. Everything in the room worked but was basic and outdated. Plus side is it's on the beach with easy access.

Location is Outstanding. Right on the beach. The room we checked into had windows leaking when it rained, so we contacted maintenance. They did move us to another room on the second day and the rest of our stay was great. The rooms were clean but dated. Needs to be updated.

Hotel itself needs multiple repairs and updates wallpaper peeling rust in the sink and tub.When we arrived our room had a broken door jam and did not latch securely we requested a change and received pushback from the front desk. There was 0 room service we ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the second floor to get our own supplies. We accidentally spilled coffee in our bed called the desk they told us to strip the bed and bring linen on second floor then had to make our own bed. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Positives: staff was friendly, great location Negatives: the facilities are updated, appears to not have had any updates since the -1990s. Room was in disrepair. We were supposed to have 2 bedrooms, one room with 2 twins. The second room only had 1 bed so my son had to stay on the sleeper sofa that was stained. There were no rooms so we couldn’t change. The pictures and overall ‘reviews’ are very misleading.

The room was dirty, lots of hair around the baseboards, patio doors so dirty you cannot see the ocean view! Property is not kept up. Dirty tables at the pool. I wish I took pictures to post them here. I would NEVER stay here again. We arrived and had no toilet paper in the bathroom. Called downstairs and told them. They never brought any! Terrible customer service! Dirty furniture! Sheets have spots on them of who knows what! Disgusting! Only positive is it is ocean front so you can sit in the dirty chairs on the patio and enjoy the ocean view! Stay Away.

The property is an older facility but that’s not the issue. It was, in places, in disrepair. Outdoor hot tub was not functional. Steps into the facility were blocked off sure to being disintegrated and unsafe to use. The room had been painted but they painted over holes and hooks without repairing area where things once hung. The floors were dirty on our arrival. Lighting was insufficient due to low wattage bulbs. Appliances were ancient but functional to an extent. One stove burner wasn’t working. On day three, the water was turned off for hours to effects a repair and this was done without warning the occupants. The key cards were continually having to be reprogrammed so they would work. A note was posted at the thermostat prohibiting anyone from lowering the temperature before 70° due to the probability of damaging the system thus, room temperatures were not comfortable. Lots of work needs to be done to bring this location up to par.
