Front staff was nice upon check in, but erroneous info about parking was provided at that time, even upon asking twice for clarification. Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional at check out when questioning a charge. The coffee baristas also are flat out unaware about waiting customers. Additionally, there was a floor dryer that ran all night right outside door the door. Sure, it’s likely due to a leak from the ice maker. But it loudly ran all night. It was a miserable experience.

We were very impressed with the entire experience: beautiful home and grounds, cleanliness, staff, amenities…and had the whole place to ourselves. And a big thank you to Sharon, who made time to give us a tour and explain a lot of interesting history, and secret passages, in the house.

We loved our stay! We drive every summer from Houston, Tx up to upper Minnesota to visit family and this was a perfect first overnight stay. It was quiet, private, and just what we needed to relax and reset! This will most likely be our stop each summer!

The rooms were decent for the price, seemed like the floors weren’t the cleanest or maybe it’s the cleaner they use. Lots of things to do but the layout of the casino seemed a bit inconvenient. Definitely don’t like how much was catered to the smokers vs the non-smokers. The POOL AND POOL BAR WAS AMAZING! The staff was nice and the pool and view was stellar. We are ate at the Fireside Grill and it was very good for the fairly decent price.

The pool was amazing. I wish there were fridges in the regular rooms, because we ate downstairs and thankfully had no leftovers cause I didnt have anywhere to store them.
