Our unit was very clean, modern and well appointed. The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Great location, secure parking and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place great room great food nearby

Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.

The location of the property was great. Place was clean and the pool was nice. However, the quality of the place felt cheaply made. The most annoying thing was the hot water issue. We had to run the hot water for 15 min to even get it warm and then it went tepid after only a few minutes. They mentioned it being a possible issue during peak hours, but there’s no reason this should occur at 4:30 in the morning. Unless you like cold showers, I would not recommend staying here.

Very clean, very easy access when it comes to finding it and how to check in and all that, as well as a perfect location and the history of this hotel is so amazing. You’ve got to check out all the stuff about this cool landmark of Birmingham, Alabama the GM there is great. She had actually filled me in on the history of this place, which is the only reason that I even chose this place to stay in thank you so much again. You guys are the painted lady hotel ASHLEY Knight.

Booked a double bed and was given a single non of the towels were clean and half the lights didn’t turn on. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom
