Everything was good. The parking is limited specially because a lot of people were going to the soccer game in Philly. But overall it was a good experience. The room was very spacious and clean.

We called ahead to confirm our reservation and had the person who answered the phone hang up on us three times. When we arrived for check-in the receptionist managed to put her crochet down long enough to let us know that rooms were overbooked. So, they may not be able to board us, only to find out that there was no issue. Hence unnecessarily stressing us out. The bathroom had prior occupants’ hairs stuck to the shower floor, walls, and toilet. The indoor pool had at least 5 clumps of hair floating around in it. At least one softball team was also staying in the hotel. Late at night they would hang out in the hallways loudly talking and playing catch. There was no apparent effort by the staff to clear the halls when we notified them about it.

Horrible captive portal wifi that actively tries to prevent any video game system from being networked. Lousy 10mgbs per second. If you need to do anything other than connecting your cell phone than you will have a problem.

Reserved a room with two beds, was giving a room with a single bed, my friend had to sleep on the couch. Hotel said they were fully booked and don’t guarantee anything booked through Expedia. That plus the scent of sleeping in an ashtray. If it was more than the single night, I would have left.

Clean room. The service provided was good too but there is a little issue, I booked a 1 King bedroom and good 2 queens in one bedroom instead because "that is all they had available." According to what I was told by the front desk once I arrived, there is a system issue, they do not have that many 1 King bedroom at this location to offer even though that's what I booked. Besides that issue, I did have a good experience, the facility is clean and they have a good variety of food to offer for breakfast.
