Underwhelming

The room layout was good in a two bedroom suite. The carpet is frayed and my sister killed some sort of bug. Check out was quick and so was Check-in but it was midnight so there's that. The kitchen gentleman did a great job keeping the place stocked!

The kitchen and living room area were very functional. The lighting in the reading area was poor. The air conditioning was hard to manage and it was either too hot or too cold. Overall, it seemed that the Hyatt house bought an inferior property and tried to make it look like their brand. We'd rate it 7/10.

The staff were all friendly. I was completely disappointed in the deceptive advertising of a restaurant/lounge that showed pics of all kinds of food. There is no restaurant/lounge at this hotel! It literally does not exist. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I will definitely never stay here again.

Was disappointed that the microwave wasn't working and when brought up to hotel staff nothing was done about it. We had to throw away all the food we had that couldn't warm up quickly. Also, sink kept backing up in one of the rooms and had to wait for it to drain. Other than that, everything was good.

People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, multiple people doing drive in parking lot, trash left outside of rooms, blood on mattress, shower curtain moldy, no maid service for a 4 night stay. Requested manager call back and no one called. Unsafe - someone knocking on doors and windows around 1am.

Good value for money. Room suite was comfortable. Outdoor access to rooms with no elevators is not optimal for those who have to lug suitcases up the stairs. But lobby staff took good care of us by finding us a room on ground floor at check-in.

Bad for families.

Front desk was awkward, no eye contact. Seem to bot like to talk. Dis not hive info about bfast times. Bfast attendant started clearing out by 8:45 no refills as early as 8:30. Very poor service. Room kitchen had 1 plate and 1 fork. This place is not good.

Continental breakfast was good, concierge was very friendly and polite. The hidden $250 hold fee was distasteful and uncalled for, the pool not being opened was not a good thing. What if we did not have that $250 would we of been turned away from our room we had paid in full in advanced and then been told no refund. Our room had a bad smell when walking in the door(always), just lingering in the entrance of the sitting room
