Checked in at 11::00 PM after long day moving my daughter into WVU. Karen at the front desk was absolutely lovely! Got checked in quickly. Room was very spacious. Bedroom seperate from living area. Hotel was completely booked. Could not hear any noise. Bed was so comfy. Will stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location is great, especially if you are visiting WVU. The last time the bed was lumpy and it was a bit unclean. This time the room was DIRTY. I couldn’t wait to leave- I guess it depends on the room you get.

Overbooked hotel had no room for us but made it seem like it was our fault for booking not directly with them. Lady at front desk with salt and pepper hair was rude. Tried to give us a handicap room ( we are not) and we should be used to that when booking through Expedia. We have used Expedia plenty of times and never got a handicap room and would not want a handicap room that could be saved for someone with needs. I will not be going to Euro Suites again! Also kept telling us they weee very busy why our room from beginning was not ready…we checked in after driving 5 hours at 3:38…check in is 3!!!

We checked in at 3:38 and room was not ready, at 4:20 they told us that room needed 5 more minutes because carpets were dirty. Lady at counter told me that we were getting a handicap room and we should be used to that when booking via Expedia. Went to room and it smelled like smoke and shower would not fit us…made for wheelchairs only. They ended up moving us to a room that looked like it could be for staff and to get there you went out the other side of elevator. Room was ok but our second night there was a conference and guests were very loud. I will not book again with Euro Suites. Front desk person with salt/pepper hair was rude. Like it was my fault in didn’t book directly with them. The hotel was over booked with kids moving back to school meanwhile I booked out room in June for August!!! Way in advance.
