Property is a little outdated. The amenities list on the website are not accurate. The pools heater does not work and their pool bar is no longer in operation. Pool and jacuzzi need to be maintained better and cleaned more often. Housekeeping staff were amazing though and kept the rooms clean!!!

I was disappointed with hotel and amenities it did not meet my expectations and price relation does not match hotel . Bellboys are friendly and welcoming as well as front desk but did not see any other staff on grounds attending guests service . The pool water was cold not temperature controlled and their spa was very cold as well . Called front desk about temperature in pool and spa but was not corrected .

The only bad thing was that we went to the pool area and called for a waiter he came like an hour later, the food took a long time to get there, we didn’t received our food when the waiter said he was leaving and was gonna take the check, he took our food, we paid, he said another waiter was gonna check on us but that Never happened

The hotel is nice the valet and security guys are all very helpful and friendly. The front desk is not they are not knowledgeable and arent really willing to help the guest. The pool can definitely be better well kept.

We stayed in the top room- above presidential suite, very fancy. Definitely worth the money. Staff was great. The only minor issue I would say the pool need maintenance and it could use more weekly cleaning. It was still worth the stay. Food was great. Highly recommend.
