We booked last minute because the hotel we booked flooded. This room was more expensive and farther away from everything. Water view was blocked by a huge tree. Drapes were stained. Front desk staff were not rude but not very friendly either. Received key at check in and all that was said after was "Elevator is on the left". At check out, we were not asked how our stay was, just if we wanted a receipt. Hotel is small and so are the rooms and the bathrooms. This is a just an average hotel and too expensive for what it is. Not sure I would stay there again.
