Staff at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating. The servers at Molly’s are also very nice. Facility is a bit dated and the sliding door in our room was filthy on the outdoor side and the telephone in the room is not working. Easy access to the beach and prices are not completely insane ( pricey but less than other comparable hotels). Will definitely return.

I agree with many of the other reviews I see. Nice and close to the beach. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, but it's still over priced. Should provide beach chairs and umbrellas for these prices. Pool water is a bit cloudy and the pool could use a good cleaning. Do yourself a favor, skip Molly's-- terrible food and service. I heard a few guest complaining about "partial ocean view"..ha..not if you're on the 2nd, 3rd floor. Overall, the most expensive place on the beach and it's not the best.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Rooms are dated with small bathrooms, and hotel restaurants are pricey. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Free beach towels and cookies at check-in were a nice touch. Elevators are slow, especially during checkout with luggage carts.

The access to the beach is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the facility is not run at a level that warrants the cost: the elevator was missing a floor board at the door, making it hard to roll suitcases and stroller over it; they ran out of beach towels, bath towels, and beach umbrellas for rent; the sliding door to the balcony was missing the safety bar to prevent it being opened; the kitchen missed part of our breakfast order and the error was not confirmed until they asked it we were ready for the check. Any one of these concerns is minor, but the pattern they demonstrate reflects the underlying issue: they charge too much for the service they provide.

We had two accidents. Our 4 year old tripped on the 6 inch raised plate before you ext the sliding door to the balcony and hurt her knees. Our 3 year old fell off the bed and injured the back of her head. She went back to sleep bleeding and it was believed that she hit her head on a piece of metal sticking slight out from under bed.

Above and Beyond Staff!

The Hotel meet all expectations. Staff was excellent, i purchased my stay with breakfast and they have vouchers for up to 4 guests only, but honored my 6 guests on my reservation, which i really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious! i highly recommend this place if your visiting the crystal coast!

While our overall stay was enjoyable, we experienced a serious issue that impacted our visit. My family — including my young niece who was understandably terrified — became stuck in the elevator. Based on the staff’s reaction, it was apparent this wasn’t an isolated issue, and the elevator was subsequently shut down for the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately, this meant relying on the stairs for the rest of the trip, which was a significant inconvenience. While we appreciated other aspects of the hotel, this incident was both distressing and disappointing, especially knowing the issue had been ongoing.

Hotel is a bit tired. Elevators are always busy, need a couple more. Restaurant was not accessible, wish I had known that as we were a party of 8. Molly’s Tiki bar is ridiculously priced and not very comfortable. Staff was attentive. There was a big ice cooler near pool area, assuming you could buy bags of ice to bring to the beach, it was completely empty….. what a tease! Pool was decent, plenty of seating, very few umbrellas for shade.
