Wonderful hotel. Nice staff and very clean rooms.

Very clean and modern hotel right in Plaza España, which is a pedestrian street. nice staff. The only problem in our case was trying to find the hotel parking, we ended up parking on a paid parking and after the check in they explained to us how to get to the parking which was convenient (16€) next to the hotel. Access by elevator.

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. A good option if you’re looking for a central place to stay, but just be aware that the rooms can be compact.
