The elevators going down are so slow that we thought we were stuck every time we used them. Hallways were at least 90 degrees. Room was musty and fixtures were just worn out, damaged, stained, or half-broken. Staff was fine, but facilities need more maintenance. We would pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time. Also, the closet smelled of old shrimp. The mini-fridge was very warm and stinky as well. I think the cleaning staff are doing the most they can, things just need replaced.
Our phones and drinks fell off of this table because it was broke and leaning.
We told our child to not touch this or the carpet.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t working because the light never blinked.

We walked into our room after working all day and it smelled strongly of marijuana. I went to the front desk and reported it and changed rooms. What really upset me was the assistant manager (name tag and biz card matched) said she would not charge for smoking in the room!! If I was smoking why would I report it?? I am 64 years old- I told her I would not pay no matter what! We moved to the 4th floor and when we left for dinner the hallway would make you high! Please have security patrol and eliminate this!

The parking was so small and hard to get in and out of. We had a trailer and had to park elsewhere because we couldn’t get into the lot. 2nd the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, hair, body fluids, black hand prints, and what looks like poop all over the bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor and so many bugs were just walking around all over the room, my sun was you g crazy due to a spider coming down from the ceiling while he was laying in the bed. The cherry on the top was the fact that it was so uncomfortably hot and we couldn’t get the room just cool enough to sleep. I have always chosen to stay at the La Quinta chain through out my military career for the cleanliness so to say I was disappointed would be a gross understatement. I’m now reevaluating my future trip itineraries to ensure I’m no longer staying with this chain of hotels. I have video footage of the hotel and can support all my claims.

I liked the cleanliness; however there was unpleasant smell. Like the floors were cleaned with dirty water. I was disappointed with the size of the pillows on the bed; they were snall. Lastly, the sink would fill up while I was brushing my teeth or washing my hands.
