Amazing Staff

I’m so sad I didn’t make note of the staff that I came across. They had decent priced parking, a happy hour with two free drinks and snacks, free breakfast, and even let us pick the floor we wanted to stay on. It was within walking distance of a few museums. Shame there wasn’t more to do because this place is great. I wish all hotels were like this.

Employees were lovely, overall stay was great. The only downfall was staff allowing people to smoke illegal substances right at the front door so you couldn’t escape the horrible smell when exiting and entering the building.

Expecting this stay to be a nice hotel but this was completely opposite even though this is by Hilton this was so disappointing. Check in was at 3pm did not receive my room till a hour later next thing when we got to the room toenail on the floor and stained sheets. The only thing I asked for was some cleaned sheets and it took almost 5 hours to receive after telling them 3 times. But at that point we were already downstairs demanding a new room because we had driven 10 hours from Texas and just wanted new sheets to sleep in. Completely unacceptable especially just for staying one night and to have this a my first Hilton experience is insane. After asking for the manager she had finally given us a new room in including an attitude. Never coming back to any Hilton stays again terrible first experience.

Nice big rooms and great breakfast. I appreciated the keyless entry option with Hilton honors membership app. But the air conditioning fan in our room was extremely loud and it would never get below 72°. Also, I used the parking lot pay by phone app to pay for premium parking. Then I got double charged for standard parking for check in day and check out day ($50 total) even though I only stayed one night (less than 12 hours that I paid $30 for n the app). Still trying to get reimbursed.

Montgomery on Sunday is tough. All the bars and restaurants in walking distance are closed. Looks like a cool area any other time though.
