horrible air conditioning- i have seen better coolers.
saw a long bug on my bed the night i checked in.

We booked a superior room.
It was of a poor standard.
Wardrobe furniture was of a poor quality, severely worn, the sink didn't drain (that was addressed) while the safe didn't work.
We were near to the air-conditioning unit for the hotel and it constantly emitted a loud clicking noise.
Bathroom while small, was modern and of a good standard.
