Cet hôtel est bien localisé, à 3 minutes de marche du Duomo. Notre chambre était défraîchie, les produits de bain était de basse qualité, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très fort et il faisait un peu chaud dans notre chambre. Nous avions demandé et payé pour deux lits, et le 2e lit était un divan lit. Le déjeuner était correct mais sans plus. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 3 étoiles.

This hotel was a highlight of our stay in Italy. Everything was exceptional from the service to the rooms to the amenities to the location. Excellent base to go exploring the track or the city. One of our top three meals ever - if you stay please book the restaurant and get the tasting menu. Outstanding experience and great value.

Beautiful grounds and setting. The staff was very helpful. the food was good and the presentation delightful. Every inch of the grounds were very well manicured. Shoutout to Julia, customer relations, and to Christine the greeter at breakfast. Special people

The hotel grounds and spa were beautiful However, the room: decor, comfort and usability let’s down the hotel and thus the experience The WiFi in the room was patchy and the tv only had Italian speaking programs and no option for subtitles in a chosen language. This coupled with the poor WiFi meant that on the 3 rainy days of our trip you are limited for things to do sadly

Close to the city center and food places. Walking distance and tram line close by too. Decent property
