Check in clerk was not friendly. The water coming out of faucets and toilet were brown and we were told that was normal so we had to brush our teeth with bottled water. The beds were hard and so were the pillows. The snack area was bare. Overall not a good experience. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the front desk were all friendly however the room was not clean. There were stains on the mattress, spilt drink near the trash can on the wall, and fingerprints on the pictures. The shower didn’t drain well. Overall, I felt like the sheets were changed but the room wasn’t cleaned well.

Colored water & funky'lator

The elevator stunk. Rank. A mix of BO & funk. In desperate need of a mop, a deep clean and an air freshener installed. Wow it was potent. The water is brown. Or, yellow-ish brown. There are multiple signs posted stating it's normal & safe. Be that as it may, the water has a distinct color. I would've wanted to know in advance. I feel yellow-ish brown water, no matter how safe, or that inspection records are available would've swayed my decision on staying that.
