The property was delightful with many beautiful original features. We had lots of space in our apartment with plenty of room and all that we needed in the kitchen to stay there overnight. It was all really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Communications beforehand were very straightforward and clear and the checkout process was very straightforward.

Impeccable service and stunning hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, calling a taxi for us, helping make dinner reservations. Convenient location. Beautiful breakfast. Complementary glass of Rose in the evening.

The location is great, close to the heart of Turin. The staff was very accommodating and the overall experience and value was spot on.

This was an amazing hotel! Everything was high end and luxurious. Staff was so friendly, pool/spa was so relaxing. Location was right across from the train station and it was easy to walk to many of the sites in Turin. No one wanted to leave and go to the next hotel!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.
