Our hotel room was not worth the money. No toiletries provided. Room and bathroom was very compact and not worth the money. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient. Could have been lesser priced for the amenities.

The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were also comfortable and it was clean. The breakfast was great. However the hotel itself is very old and in need of a lot of updates and renovations because it has lots of humidity. Other than that is an ok budget hotel.

Rooms are small but have everything you need. Super clean, amazing staff and very centric

The rooms are beautiful. However, the check in process didn’t give “vacation vibes”. You’re definitely checking into an apartment so no special experience upon check in, but the property itself is lovely & most places I wanted to go were 15 mins or less on an uber ride away.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the staff made sure to keep it clean every day. The hotel is also located in a centric place with easy acess to the Complutense University and other areas of the city. There are also a lot of restaurants cafes, and bars nearby. If I come back to Madrid, will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

Okay hotel for a night or two, location very good for central Madrid, but the street itself is very noisy until 3am. We could hear everything in our room on the 4th floor. Also taxi’s can not get to the hotel, so you have to go a couple of streets away.
