We rented the suite to accommodate our family of 5. The room was nice and big and had plenty of beds and had a great view of the ocean. However it kooked like it had not been updated since the 70s. The bathroom was tiny and very outdated. The "kitchen" area was an out of date microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. Also the laundry area was closed because the washing machine was broke down. Not great for the amount of money they charged. I would not stay again.

Very dated hotel, needs updating! The best part is the location, directly in front of the ocean! The hotel was chosen because of the bar and restaurant and that was emphasized after booking in an email as well only to find out they are CLOSED on Sun and Mon! Sadly, we arrived Monday and the restaurants are limited.

This place is a winner!

Our stay here was magical. After a long day of hiking, we checked in and opened the door to our beautiful room in the 4 building. The balcony had a view of the ocean. We had a fridge, microwave, and a table and chairs in the room and on the balcony. There’s a boardwalk staircase that you can take down to the beach—which we did, along with a bottle of wine. It was a lovely way to spend watching the sunset. My only gripe was the shower head was too big, like a fancy rain head and it never really had enough water pressure to properly wash my hair—and it was hair washing day, so I just ended up washing my shampoo out under the bathtub faucet.

The room we had was large and had a lovely view. Unfortunately, the carpet was stained (something brown?) in a few places, the lighting was bad, the coffee maker and bathroom fan did not work, and we could only get one of the keys to barely work to open our door. The internet did not work for about half of our evening. We got a few messages telling us to make reservations for the restaurant, but it wasn't open on the days when we were there (so why the messages?). The pool closed early and opened late in the morning so we did not get to use it. There is no dining near this resort (it's very remote), so if you go on a day when the restaurant is closed, bring food with you. The beds were OK.

As others have said, this property is dated and worn. Interacted with three representatives. Two of them were fantastic. One of them, in my opinion, was condescending and irritating. To summarize, I was told they may have an air mattress but I should come back later. When I came back, this other representative jumped into the conversation and I and told me they do not provide extra bedding... I then asked if they provided Wi-Fi. He/c told me yes. Then I told them that there was no Wi-Fi in my room. He/shee told me that they've been trying for weeks to get it fixed. This person just rubbed me the wrong way in a condescending manner. But there was definitely no wi-fi in our room. This created a big problem because my nephew was trying to apply to his college in Germany and could not get the job done. He ended up having a stand out in front of the lobby. Even there, he had significant trouble. On top of that, the coffee machine did not work properly. Could not make a decent cup of coffee with it no matter how hard we tried. The stay was not terrible, but it is not a place I would book again. The pool was very nice. The other two women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It's not hard to buy a Wi-Fi extender and plug it in. I know people will say that we should disconnect and relax, but in this case, the Wi-Fi was necessary... And it was supposedly part of the amenities. There was no attempt to fix it or credit it.

I gave four star only because the property looks very old. Otherwise we loved everything and especially the indoor pool. It's in a beautiful location and has access to beach. They have restaurant at their facility too, but it's expensive. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Thank you to all their staff members.

Nice Views terrible internet.

The hotel seemed to have a good side and a side that was not as nice. We had a great room with a wonderful view. The stairway down to the beach is pretty cool. Our only complaint was with the wifi. It was terrible, slow, and constantly dropping out. There was also no cell coverage in the area.
