Moab Vacation Packages

What an unbelievably unpleasant experience, having stayed several times here previously. I can only presume that either ownership or management must have changed since my previous stays. My room smelled moldy, and the air conditioning system was not operating. The front desk host came to the room and confirmed these issues; she alerted off-site management to come and address the problem. The apparent manager who showed up was caustic, unprofessional, dismissive, and has no business representing what used to be a lovely hotel in a town which increasingly wants for non-chain brands. I was dismayed and insulted - by this manager’s attitude. Her rude and dismissive attitude has no place in the hotel. A customer should never be shamed when they bring up legitimate issues.

This was the most ideal property for exploring Moab. It felt like coming home as opposed to a hotel. BOOK

Overall a good experience. Did have alot of road noise and dogs barking in adjacent room but not too bad overall. I was there was a quick rest on a long road trip, it served it's purpose.

We loved staying at this unique property. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The entire property is what really made this vacation rental stand out. They created a courtyard area in the center of this small gated community with things like a large table, BBQ grill, chairs and a fire pit. This space gave guests an area to meet each other and talk about their Moab adventures of the day. It fostered a sense of community with our fellow travelers even if it was for just a few days. The location was perfect! Close enough to enjoy strolling along Main Street whenever we got the itch, but just a block away was enough to keep it quiet at night. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Moab. The only minor thing is the light at night. We live in the country and we are used to dark nights with nothing but the moon to light up the sky and we still have black out curtains. Here, there are windows up along the main wall where you can’t keep the light out. So I will bring a sleep mask next time. But again - I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
