I’m very disappointed in the fact that the stay price has increased and the breakfast was not available and removed since Covid-19. One of the reasons I liked staying there was for the breakfast that was included.

Bring your own supplies. No room service unless you ask, as well as having to ask for anything else (plastic spoons, forks, plates) which are handed out sparingly. We paid for a deluxe room for 5 and were treated like we were kind of a nuisance. Kitchen area is nice but 0 supplies to do anything but use the microwave or fridge. A One-cup coffee maker with 2 single cup coffee pouches. Phone didn't work, desk person asked if we needed it. Still didn't work when we left 2 days later. The cleaning personnel were the only helpful people. It's not the employee's, it's the management. After paying top dollar the next day rooms for $169 were on their website. It reminded me of a poorly managed Model 6 from 20 years ago. Would not stay here again.

Caution - No restaurant or breakfast of any type

The hotel is clean, close to the airport and my king room was slightly larger than my average experience. However, there is no restaurant and no breakfast offered even at additional cost. There is a modest essentials store next to desk. My check in was not good. The clerk did not stop chewing his food and food spilled out on my hotel room key card on counter. He was a bit unprofessional and not a good impression of support. The coffee is modest and for the room price, they could do a bit better on check ins and support items.
