The lobby looked fine. Walking to our room was a little gross, the room its self - smelled gross, looked gross and was gross. There was a little it of blood in the bathroom on the floor, beard trimmings on the mirror, bed looked like people had sat on it, sheet were not clean, greasy handprints on the desk. Those are just a few things we noticed before we just got in our car and left.

This property is run down the sinks where dirty when we arrived and we found out why they could not drain. The shower where disgusting they really need to do a remodel on this hotel. for the cost of one night it was the worst we ever been in from expedia. You might want a expedia person go examine this hotel before you list it on your site

well there have been lots of bad reviews on this place. We stayed in room 236. It was clean and tidy. The lobby had lots of snack and the morning breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were good as well, friendly and helpful. I'm thinking that the owners are trying to upgrade the place, but it's still months away. If you can get a room in Missoula for under a 100$, that's a good deal.It worked for us, but we are not overly fussy.

It was supposed to be a king bed and it was a queen bed. We asked to have our room service the three days and nights we were there. It was only done on the last night. They changed our sheets and brought new towels. The door barely closed and so for that reason it wasn’t safe there is a bunch of erotic, acting people and Drug dealings going on. I did not feel very safe there and it was filthy and I will never go back and their phone didn’t work either so even if I needed it, I couldn’t have used it to call for safety.

Nice visit

It was a very nice place. Everyone was so nice. Water pressure was great. TV was good. If i needed anything, such as towels..it was there fast. They were great. I was a bit about breakfast area, but didn't know where things were.i saw coffee and cereal. They are still under construction. Its will be beautiful when they get it done.

First room - door would not open. Moved to another room. Duct tape on outside door knob. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Both sinks backed up. The only pleasant part was the one staff member that checked us in. Location was ok. But would never recommend this place.

Our room was not clean when we entered. There were muddy foot prints in the bathroom, a dried loogie in the shower, and multiple towels were dirty. Our bed were clean minus many of our pillows were covered in hair. Don’t recommend coming here unless on an extreme budget.

I was filthy the bed had hairs and seemed unwashed. The bathroom was filthy and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned. Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

It was filthy and had to change rooms cause maids forgot to make up some rooms. There black mold in the shower big time. There was a big dead big smashed on wall. Heard cars all hours of night shutting doors and locking cars. We stayed cause it was close but never again. The guy at front desk seemed bothered by us. He also charged my card $25 in case we smoked. We never smoked ever. My mom was having surgery in town and needed to be in a clean environment so i had to go buy some bathroom cleaner for her to be comfortable. It was disgusting

Quality of room

The room needs painting prior painters over painted corners did not cleanup paint spots on tram for floor shower have bowled on bottom wallpaper peeling off. The wall at bathroom.
